Refund & Cancellation Policy
BIGTECH SOLUTIONS provides digital IT services including website development, mobile application development, SEO optimization (₹399 per keyword), digital marketing, and custom software solutions. As these are service-based and customized solutions, refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation only before the project work has been initiated. Once the project has started or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
- If payment is made but the project has not yet started
- If there is a duplicate or accidental transaction
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service
No refund will be issued once the project has started, partially completed, or fully delivered. SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable once execution has begun.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Chargebacks
Customers are requested to contact us directly for any billing or service-related concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes for valid transactions may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Service Nature Disclaimer
Since all services provided are digital and customized, results may vary based on client requirements, inputs, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or sales.
